WELCOME

October 2008:  Several Phase II pages have been updated to some degree.  We have lots to put up here and documents to offer for the taking - but not as much time available as we'd like.  We're considering hiring a web expert for a period of time.

If you have suggestions or questions - please contact me using the Phase II Contact Page information.

This is your one-stop entry point into the FOUR PHASES of the Yakima Ranches Owners Association (YROA).  While the Yakima Ranches Owners Association per se no longer exists today, four of the five phases it was divided up into continue on in one form or another.

This web site will provide you with any data we have on each of the phases and addtional links that may be of interest.

The four phases are located East-North-East of the city of Yakima in south-central Washington State.  Although most of the (estimated eight-thousand view acres) are located on the southern slopes of the Yakima Ridge, they actually slightly go "over the top" where one could view Selah and the Military Firing Range.  Very roughly, the phases lay from north of Roza Hill Road (the eastern extension of Yakima Ave / Terrace Heights Rd) and the Transfer Station northward up and slightly over the top of Yakima Ridge, and generally from North Keys Road on the west to slightly east of Chapman Road to the east.  (the Phase lines do vary!)

Just as the four phases are of different sizes and population densities, you'll find their representation on this web site to vary from minimal to extensive.  As with any web site, it needs to be constantly updated and improved upon.

In any event, we're pleased to be able to provide it's members one of the most important elements of any "membership" - that of information and communication!
